We stayed in 6 or 7 different places while in Indonesia. This was the worse. First of all it was super noisy and very kids friendly. I dont have anything with kids but they were screaming even at 23:00 and the property had thin walls and could hear them from the pool screaming. The room wasn't clean. We even found rotten food in the fridge. Then, staff wasnt helpful at all. At some point they even complicated things for us. We asked them to help rent a scouter and they said we need to pay and to leave our passports with them. Asked them to have the scouter at the reception next day at 8am. We came at 8:30, no scouter, they said we have to wait, they are going for the scouter. At 9:30-10:00 the manager came and said they don't have a scouter, which messed with our plans for the day. Should we had know a night before we would have made different arrangements (like renting a driver for the day)
we found rotten food in the fridge.

Value for money hotel
Price is reasonable, very friendly staff and nice layout of the hotel. Breakfast was a huge spread. There’s a great massage just beside the hotel.
The toilet was a little old and had an unpleasant smell.

Need maintenance
The garden and spacious area.
1) There are pencil scratches in several rooms, done by children which need to clean. 2) Need maintenance on doors with gaps esp overlooking the garden, entrance for lizards. 3) Need to maintain the airconditioning in room 257 which makes so much noise.
